Women’s Self Defense class is being offered by Tenchi Karate in Varnell on August 23rd from 4 pm – 8 pm. NO CHARGE.
The karate center is located behind the Auto Zone on Hwy 2. Turn next to Burger Den and the karate center will be on the left.
The class is open to all ladies over the age of 18. Anyone under 18 will need to attend with a parent or guardian. Participants are not required to be a run club member so feel free to share with anyone who might be interested. We do need to provide the instructor a head count of attendees so make sure to send me a quick message if you plan to be there. We have 17 women confirmed already. If I have acknowledged you via email or Facebook, there’s no need to send another message. You have been added to the list.
